At Wilson Mortgage Services, Inc. we have several lenders who do our construction financing for us allowing us to offer you many different programs. We only do construction lending in the following counties: Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Monroe, and Berks in the state of PA only. 

If you do not need to obtain financing for the construction of your new home but are purchasing a new home from a builder where the builder is financing the construction, that is considered "Turn Key Financing".

With our construction loan program, you have only 1 closing. Closing takes place before construction begins. Your rate is locked in before the closing. Your locked in rate is the rate you pay during construction as well as after construction.

If you currently own your home and are looking to build a new home, you may want to take advantage of a Swing Loan. This enables you to take equity out of your current residence so that you do not need to move two times.

You can finance up to 95% of the value of the total package. Total Package is equal to the cost of the land plus your construction contract.
