Either use the fax cover page and fax number supplied to you with your mortgage disclosures or fax to 484-229-1250 or E-Mail to eileen@wilsonmortgage.info, the following documents:

1. Application fee in the amount of $475.00.  This can be put on a MC or Visa.
2. Most recent paystub for each borrower
3. 2008 W-2 form for each borrower
4. If self employed or if you own more than 25% of a corporation, your last  years personal tax return. All of the pages and please make sure the 2nd page is signed.  2 Years may be required, we'll let you know if 2 years is needed.
5. All of the pages to your last 2 months bank, investment and or 401K statements.  Any large deposits will need proof of the source of the deposit.
6. If you are paying alimony or child support, a copy of the court order and or your property settlement agreement.
7. If you are receiving alimony or child support, a copy of your divorce settlement agreement and birth certificates for the children.
8. If this is a refinance transaction, the name and phone number for your homeowners agent.
9. If this is a purchase transaction, the agreement of sale is needed.

If anything else is needed during the processing of your loan, you will be notified promptly.
